You can permanently delete your Winapoolooza account and personal data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
In the app (fastest)
Sign in at winapoolooza.app or open the Winapoolooza mobile app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Request by email
Can't sign in? Email privacy@winapoolooza.com from the email address on your account, and we'll verify it's you and delete your account for you.
What Happens When You Delete
Your profile is removed. We delete or de-identify your email, display name, profile picture, banner, bio, and contact details, and your account is disabled so it can no longer be used to sign in.
Your social data is deleted, including friend connections and notifications.
Your pool history is kept, but de-identified. Because pools are shared with other players, your past picks, standings, and results stay in each pool attributed to "Deleted User," so other participants' pools and scoring remain intact. This data is no longer linked to your identity.
Your subscription stops and any virtual items are forfeited.
It's permanent. Deletion cannot be undone.
We remove your personal data from active systems immediately, and any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 7 days, except for limited records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
